Easter – it’s a wonderful time of year. A time of renewal and rebirth. Spring is coming, or in some parts of the country, is already in full force. I decorate seasonally, and to me, this is the first time that I can bring in the pinks, yellows, greens and blues into an otherwise darker toned house.

Last year, on a visit with friends in Florida, we went to a garage sale. I bought this great teak lazy susan. I think what attracted me to it is that it’s unique, and organic, and my mom had some similar pieces when we were growing up. I have it on my kitchen table, and change it out as the mood strikes. For Easter, I have daffodils, with fuzzy baby chicks surrounding them, and glass beads with Easter eggs (Pier 1) around the outside.
